  • All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason

  • All prices listed are inclusive of Value Added Tax if applicable unless stated otherwise.

Purchases and payment

  • All prices and payments shall be in Seychelles rupees
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable delivery fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through this site.

 

Making an order

  • Typing an order in this online store is possible at all hours of the day, except if the website or application is down for maintenance and/or for any other reason.
  • The delivery dates and times of the order are subject to the conditions detailed on the website.
  • Cancelling the order may be possible by phone (by call, text or whatsApp) or email as detailed in the cancellation policy below and subject to other cancellation regulations.
  • The store will take care of the delivery of the product ordered on the website to the address as typed by the customer on the registration page. The delivery times of the products as indicated, will include only business days, that is, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • The customer will be fully responsible for any damage and/or loss of package of any kind that he and/or she and/or any third party may incur due to an error he made in typing the data, including an error in typing his address, a mistake in typing the credit card details, etc.

Returns Policy

  1. Goods Collection:

Goods purchased must be collected within 2 weeks from the day of purchase. Stock will not be held beyond this timeframe.

 

  1. Return Eligibility:
  • Goods purchased are generally not returnable.
  • In exceptional circumstances, returns may be considered at the discretion of the management.
  • Approved returns will be subject to inspection to ensure the original quality.
  • Claims for a return must be submitted within 2 working days of receiving the goods. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Refund

  1. Refund Eligibility:

Customers may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Defective or damaged products are received
  • Incorrect items are delivered
  • Ordered products are not received within the specified delivery period

  • If approved, customers may be required to return the product(s).
  • Refunds will be automatically deposited into your account.
  1. Refund Options:

At the discretion of the management team, customers may be issued full refund, partial refund or a replacement of product.
